The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. In general, here is how we process your order and the associated delays.
1. We process your order
We pick up all the ordered articles in our warehouse and pack them so it can be picked up by our shipping partner.
Your order is then shipped and you will receive the associated tracking number to check your order status and whereabouts.
Our shipping partner will take care of your order deliver it right to your door, according to the shipping method you chose during checkout. This step usually takes 3 to 6 weeks
We will email you the tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. (Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to appear in the tracking system).

If a product is missing, it may be that your order has been shipped in several packages. So you'll receive this or these parcels few days later. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
